Tickets once sold cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your booking details. easybookingz prohibits exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.
easybookingz does not offer refunds or exchanges of tickets purchased on easybookingz website or via cell phone, mobiles, smart devices (collectively the “Site”). In addition, tickets purchased through easybookingz will be subject to a non-refundable per-ticket convenience charge. Before purchasing your tickets we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the event you wish to see.
If an event is cancelled/ postponed and the organizers of the event (“Primary Ticket Issuers”) agree on issuing a refund for the tickets, the responsibility of intimating .you of such refunds would lie with the Primary Ticket Issuer. easybookingz shall, in no event, be held responsible for communication to the customers in this regard.
Refunds from the Primary Ticket Issuer shall be only with respect to the face value of the ticket. No refund shall be issued with respect to any service fees, convenience charges, delivery charges or any other fee charged by easybookingz for the services provided to you.
